Acceptance
Our acceptance of your reservation means that you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions, and governed by the laws of the UK

Airport Collection
Our airport travel tariff contains additional terms pertaining to this specific service and should be viewed with these terms.

Charges
Our fees and charges are calculated from the time we leave the office to the end of the booking destination.

Cancellation
Plans will change and we ask that you let us know at the earliest opportunity. Should you cancel on the day of your booking or within 48 hours, we regret that the full value of the booking will become due as a cancellation fee. More than 48 hours notice no fee will be charged.

Bank / Public Holidays
We appreciate that some people have the need to travel on these days, as this is the case a 30% surcharge will be levied.

Confidentiality
We fully appreciate that you may wish to work whilst in the vehicle, talk to clients about sensitive issues. Should you wish us to sign a confidentiality agreement we will oblige? Remember what is said in the car stays in the car.

Delays
Our chauffeur will arrive 15mins before your agreed collection time, our chauffeur will make every effort to get you to your destination on time. However delays will occasionally occur and all endeavors will be made to reduce the impact of such delays. East Lancs Corporate Travel does not accept responsibility for delays beyond its control.

Complaints
If you have any issue please do not hesitate to contact Andrew Henderson at the earliest opportunity we are only human and errors can occur.

Car Valeting
Any such soiling that is caused by excessive consumption or illness will be charged an additional flat rate cleaning fee - currently £100.

Overnight
We appreciate that there are times when you need us overnight or for several days, this will necessitate an overnight accommodation for the chauffeur. In such circumstances we will arrange our accommodation e.g. Travelodge for which you will be invoiced along with their meals for the duration.

Payment
Our client trusts us to provide exceptional service so in return we trust our clients to settle our invoices within 14 days of receipt

Safety
Your safety, that of our chauffeur and vehicle are paramount, as this is the case our chauffeur will exercise his discretion in all matters to this regard. HIS WORD IS FINAL.
